Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Refund Policy (Damaged Products Only)
Refunds are accepted only if the product received is damaged.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a clear parcel opening video, recorded from the moment the package is sealed until the damage is clearly visible.
The video should be unedited and continuous.
Refund requests without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.
Once the damage is verified, we will process the refund as per our internal procedure.
2. Exchange Policy (Size Issue / Dislike)
We do not offer refunds for size differences or personal dislike.
However, customers may exchange the item with another available product.
Exchange requests must be intimated within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Upon receiving your exchange request, we will share the expected delivery date of the exchanged item.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact for exchange approval.
3. Important Notes
Exchange is subject to product availability.
Courier charges, if any, related to exchanges may be borne by the customer.
Eves Fab reserves the right to approve or reject refund or exchange requests based on verification.
